Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store (“ForSneaker”). If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within the specified time frame for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions of this Return Policy.


To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

You may initiate a return by contacting our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) .

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes, but will not include shipping and handling charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
